The 6th ASPA LEADERS Meeting
Call for Proposal

The official application of the 6th ASPA LEADERS Meeting is now opened. From the 6th ASPA LEADERS Meeting, it would be organized in the form of ‘Round Table & Closed meeting’ which is participated by leaders of ASPA members to promote practical collaboration & close unification among members.

▪ Qualification to apply: ASPA full member

▪ Application Term: December 28, 2009 ~ February 15, 2010

▪ How to apply
   A. Please email the official proposal to mangomai@cyberaspa.org by deadline.
      (There is no regular form of proposal but proposal must follow initiative & 

       characteristics of ASPA LEADERS Meeting.)

  B. The proposer would attend the 19th ASPA Board of Directors Meeting and

        make a presentation of proposal.

     - Date: March 16, 2010 (One day before the 5th ASPA LEADERS Meeting)
     - Venue: Jordan Valley Marriott Resort

  C. After ASPA Board member review the presentation, they will select the host

        organization through voting.

  D. The result will be released right after the 19th ASPA Board of Directors

        Meeting.

  E. During closing time of the 5th ASPA LEADERS Meeting, the propser would

       introduce the next ASPA LEADERS Meeting to participants.

▪ Evaluation Criteria
   The general contents of proposal must follow the initiative & characteristics of

    the ASPA LEADERS Meeting: Round Table & Closed Meeting
