Call for Proposals :

the 16th ASPA Annual Conference in 2012

     Asian Science Park Association(ASPA) invites the host organization for the 16th ASPA Annual conference(2012) which is the biggest event of ASPA. The host organization of annual conference will be the stronghold of the international networking & cooperation and the stage of the exchange of innovative knowledge in 2012.

     Please refer to the following information and attached file for more details.

￭ Outline for the application

- Qualification : ASPA full member
 
- Application period : March 3 ~ September 30, 2010
 
- Documents for submission
  * Official letter for making a proposal (It should be written & signed by president of organization.)

  *Official Proposal (PDF Format) 

  * There is no regular form but it has to include essential elements. (Please refer to the guideline.)

 
￭ Selection procedure
① Submit a proposal to ASPA Secretariat by e-mail- withsso@cyberaspa.org

② The organization which submits a proposal will make a presentation at the 20th ASPA Board Meeting which will be held on November 24th~26th in Perth, Western Australia (More details will be announced soon).

③ ASPA Board of Directors will choose the host organization through discussion.

④ The final result will be delivered in Gala Dinner during the 14th ASPA Annual Conference.
