The initiative aims to provide a scientific foundation for the Hanoi Party Committee in shaping policies, strategies, and development directions for the park, ensuring its sustainable and effective growth in line with the capital’s and the country’s socio-economic needs. The project will assess the park's potential and current status, proposing specific directions and solutions to transform it into a hub for high-tech research and applications, ultimately evolving into a science and technology city.
