The Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence hosted its ninth National Forum in Ramallah, under the patronage of President Mahmoud Abbas,

focusing on the theme "The Adversity and Innovation." The forum spotlighted the resilience of the Palestinian people in the face of adversity, with Fathi Abu Maghli

praising the council's role in transforming hardships into opportunities for creativity. HE Eng. Adnan Samara reaffirmed the the HCIE's commitment to fostering innovation,

despite ongoing challenges, and highlighted initiatives like the "Hayat Initiative" and workshops aimed at supporting Gaza’s creative community.

Empowering Collaboration for a Bright Future

The forum included engaging panel discussions on critical topics such as technological environments, government policies for creative development,

and success stories that will inform future strategies. Issa Kassis, Mayor of Ramallah, emphasized the municipality’s pivotal role in supporting innovation

through infrastructure development. The event concluded with a call to strengthen partnerships at local and international levels to advance entrepreneurial

projects and sustain Palestinian creativity.
