The Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum (HEF), organized annually by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee since 2018, serves as a premier international platform for dialogue. In 2025, the Forum is implemented in partnership with the Vietnam Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

This year, HEF aspires to expand its regional and global reach through close collaboration with the World Economic Forum (WEF). The event will feature the participation of senior domestic leaders from the Government, Ministries, and central agencies; regional Heads of Government; and is expected to welcome over 1,500 delegates.
