
The International Relations Department at the Higher Council for
Innovation and Excellence honored a group of creative and outstanding
individuals from various governorates of the homeland today, Sunday, in
recognition of their exceptional participation and achievements in several
international competitions in the fields of innovation, education, and academic
excellence. The honoring ceremony was held in the presence of Eng. Adnan
Samara, President of the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence, Dr.
Hussein Al-Araj, Vice President of the Council, and Mr. Mar’i Al-Sous, Director
General of the General Directorate for Innovation and Excellence in the
Ministry of Education. They all praised the achievements of the honorees,
emphasizing that these successes represent a distinguished model of Palestinian
creativity on international platforms.
The honorees included:
Suha Khafish Najm Al-Khafash from
Qarawat Bani Hassan Girls Secondary School, for her participation in the
international
MICCA Teachers Award (MITTA).
Maria Saed Abdel Aziz Qassem from
Haris Girls Secondary School, for her outstanding participation in
the
IC 2025 International Innovation and
Invention Competition.
Zein Basim Abdullah No’man from Haris Girls
Secondary School, for his participation in the
IC
2025 International Innovation and Invention Competition.
Maha Mohammad Ahmad Ahmad from Marah Rabah Girls
Secondary School in Bethlehem Directorate, for winning the
MICCA
International Award for Best Teacher in the World, and
achieving advanced positions in the competition.
Manal Ibrahim Mohammad Thweib from
Zahra Basic Girls School, for her participation in the
MICCA
Global Award 2025.
Mr. Khaled Qalalwa, Director General of the International
Relations Department, emphasized that this honoring event comes as part of the
Council's ongoing support for Palestinian talents and encouragement of national
competencies to excel and innovate both locally and internationally. This, he
added, reflects an honorable image of Palestine and strengthens its position on
the global innovation map.
