The Autumn Economic Forum 2025, held from 25 to 27 November in Ho Chi Minh City under the direction of Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính, was organized by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee with coordination from the HCMC Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (HCMC C4IR) and in collaboration with the World Economic Forum. This year’s Forum, themed “Green Transformation in the Digital Era,” focused on the dual priorities of rapid yet sustainable growth, emphasizing digital technology, environmental protection, and a people-centered approach. It served as a platform for high-level policy dialogue among the Vietnamese Government, international organizations, businesses, and researchers. Through diverse and multidimensional activities, the Forum aimed to promote international cooperation, digital transformation, and smart and sustainable economic development. ASPA was invited to the event and had a meaningful participation opportunity. The Forum reaffirmed Ho Chi Minh City’s pioneering role in international integration, economic development, and technological innovation, positioning it as a regional and global center for finance, technology, and innovation.
