Gyeongbuk Technopark and the Korea Productivity Center met with a delegation from IT Park Uzbekistan, under Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Digital Technologies, to discuss cooperation in
AI and digital talent development and exchanges within the IT startup ecosystem. Key areas of cooperation included the joint development and operation of AI talent development programs, strategies for securing and nurturing top AI talent, and the establishment of a platform to promote networking and capacity building among startups.
Gyeongbuk Technopark also shared the achievements of its projects supporting the sustainable growth and capacity building of IT Park Uzbekistan, as well as its regional cooperation network in Central Asia, including the Uzbekistan Textile Technopark and the Gyeongbuk Overseas Talent Attraction Center in Tashkent. The meeting is expected to further expand
Korea-Uzbekistan cooperation in AI talent development, digital innovation, and startup exchanges, while strengthening collaboration among related institutions and companies.
