ASPA secretariat visited Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone (DGFEZ) on Jan 19, 2021.
The Secretary-General of ASPA, Sunkook Kwon, introduced about scheduled to be held in EXCO, Daegu in August and shared the programs and details with the director of DGFEZ, SamRyong Choi. It is expected that DGFEZ is able to contact overseas Science & Technology Parks officials and promote its excellent investment advantage through the SPIF.
**DGFEZ is a global industry hub which was assigned for the needs to organize the intelligent free economic zone using domestic knowledge-based industries and infrastructures differentiated from the existing free economic zones focusing on the logistics. They actively fosters future industries such as IT convergence, high-tech parts and materials, green energy, and cutting-edge medical services. Besides, they are constantly striving to ease regulations and provide broad support to create the best business environment so that companies can continue their free and active business activities.
