The
21st Training Workshop for Science &

Korea Innovation Foundation, one of ASPA
members, will hold the
21st Training Workshop for Science & Technology
Park Development(K-STP)
from August 9, 2021, to March 25,
2022. Based on your
regional location, the program
will be held on a different date (for detail, check the attachment).
This training workshop is organized by Korea Innovation Foundation with STP
experts and professionals.
Originally, the K-STP training was a two-week-long
offline program in Daejeon, Korea, but due to the pandemic, it will take place
online for the first time.
The lecture is a three-week online course. It
consists of
public policy on national science and technology innovation systems,
and it goes in-depth to
conceptual tools and strategies to design and develop
STP. At the end of this course, it aims to build
a foundation
for all the participants to understand the importance of STP and how they are
created. Ultimately,
ways to develop STP or advance STP
in their home country.
The program is free, and the application is open until July 23, 2021.
Every professional, who is working in this
field, is invited to apply for the program. As there is
limited
space (10 students per region), there will be some screening
process, and Korea Innovation Foundation will
send out
the result latest by July 30th, 2021.
For outstanding participants in the program, Korea
Innovation Foundation is planning to invite them to Daejeon for an offline
program and all costs incurred will be on Korea Innovation Foundation (except
the round-trip flight ticket).
