Ajinomoto joins forces with NSTDA in “Unlocking the Power of Amino Acids Contributing to Healthier Lives” online seminar

Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., in collaboration with the Thailand Science Park (NSTDA), recently hosted an online seminar under the topic "Unlocking the Power of Amino Acids Contributing to Healthier Lives". The aim of the online seminar was to provide an opportunity for Thailand Science Park members, researchers, specialists, entrepreneurs, and private companies in the network, as well as other interested parties inside and outside the company, totalling 173 persons, to visualise and exchange views, visions, ideas, and directions concerning Thailand's health food sector going forward.

Safety and benefits of amino acids as collated in a global database was also discussed, as was the topic of "Future of Thailand's Food Industries for Advance Amino Acids Products" where keynote speakers from relevant organisations provided viewpoints on driving sustainable use of amino acids in Thailand.
