Busan Technopark announced on the 19th that it has completed the first electric vehicle electromagnetic compatibility test evaluation (based on charging mode test) in Korea for electric vehicles that are preparing to enter the European market from American electric vehicle OEMs.

Already in 2021, it is building an electric vehicle charging system that satisfies the 'performance and standard enforcement rules (electromagnetic compatibility test) of automobiles and automobile parts' for the first time in the country, and is promoting technical support to auto parts companies.

With the completion of this test and evaluation, it is expected to strengthen its status as a global electric vehicle electromagnetic compatibility test and evaluation accredited testing institution. An official from the Busan Technopark Advanced Transportation Technology Center said, "We will support electromagnetic wave test and evaluation technology not only for US electric vehicle OEMs, but also for domestic auto parts companies that are exporting to these companies."
