Technopark Istanbul offers its new offices on a total area of ​​

65 thousand square meters to the use of technology companies.

Details about the new offices of Teknopark Istanbul were shared at the promotional event held with the participation of Teknopark Istanbul General Manager Bilal Topçu. Topçu made a presentation on the new offices at the event, which also included representatives of many companies within the technopark.

Speaking to Anadolu Agency (AA) at the event, Bilal Topçu stated that they host approximately 500 companies and said that these companies are Turkey's distinguished technology companies, startups and new entrepreneurs.

Stating that they received a high demand and they had to make new constructions in order to accept new technology companies to Teknopark Istanbul, Topçu said, "Technopark Istanbul is a technopark that plans its future, acts with its strategic plans and progresses and grows within the framework of this plan. Our population of 1,000 has increased to 8,000. We are hosting 8,000 R&D engineers at Technopark Istanbul." he said.

"We will make room for technology companies that want to carry out their projects in Teknopark Istanbul"

Topçu stated that many projects in different sectors, from large projects to small startups, take place in Teknopark Istanbul, and said:

"The completion of block B of our 3rd stage with an area of ​​ 65 thousand square meters is approaching. Our building, which we will complete in the coming months, will be the largest building of Teknopark Istanbul. Because we will make room for both companies that want to grow within the Technopark and technology companies that want to enter Technopark Istanbul from the outside and carry out their projects here. we are excited.

The office spaces in Teknopark Istanbul are at world standards. Our buildings have international certificates and architectural awards. We are trying to create a very nice environment for our 8 thousand colleagues here. There were already many different possibilities from swimming pools to tennis courts, green areas and playgrounds. We will make some additions to this with our new building. We have various laboratories, clean rooms. We added our 8 clean rooms and 12 wet laboratories, which we have recently put into service, among these infrastructures. The dark room has been put into service for our quantum teachers. In the new building, we also have a multi-purpose hall for 500 hundred people, which we need. We are planning to put that building into service in that hall with a nice opening ceremony in the coming months.“

Stating that the new building will have comfortable and comfortable working areas, Topçu said, "We are also making room for someone who needs a person, a computer and a desk. We also have very serious areas for our large companies up to 3 thousand 200 square meters because our building is 65 thousand square meters. We will also be able to host startups in this building.” used his statements.

Topçu called on companies to take part in Technopark Istanbul and continued his words as follows:

"Even though you build the infrastructures, physical facilities, the most beautiful buildings and laboratories, the ecosystem formed within these buildings is important. We are in a center that attracts a lot of attention both in Turkey and in the world, where we host dozens of international delegations every month. It is right next to an international airport. We are on a campus in Pendik Kurtköy, in a residential area, where there are various alternatives in the living areas of the employees and where there are good opportunities to work.

There are international companies, Turkey's big technology companies, incubation companies on this campus. The relationship between them brings us to what we call the ecosystem. Here, we can bring together a small startup with a big technology entrepreneur like ASELSAN. A new entrepreneur can issue his first invoice to Turkey's very large industrial companies and banks. Our entrepreneurs reach very serious turnovers, trade volume and export.

"Our R&D population of 8 thousand people will double and triple"

Emphasizing that in addition to the R&D incentives over 2 billion TL they have provided, an R&D income of nearly 9 billion TL has been generated, Topçu said, "We also see that this will grow exponentially.
