18:30 - 21:00 : ASPA Awards Ceremony

* Venue : Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu

* Qualification to apply : ASPA Organization members

* Qualification for nominee

- Small and medium sized high tech companies commenced within 10 years

- Tenanted companies of Park or graduated companies within 3 years

- Public companies within 5 years

- One organization can nominate only one company.

* Application Method : Submit nomination form and PR document to ASPA Secretariat (Written in

English)

* Submitted document : Nomination form and PR documents (Please download attached file)

* Awards Category

- 1 Grand Prize

- 3 Excellence Prizes

* Benefits of winner

- Have a chance to publicize their company, product and technology, in front of parties

concerned of STPs, Research Institutes, other companies and other industry & technology

sector

- Make the headline of ASPA Newsletter and Webzine distributed in the entire Asian region

* Limitation of application

- Previously Awarded enterprises from ASPA Awards will be excluded but for targeting upper

prize winner, nomination is acceptable.

- Enterprises engaged in irrationality, lack of morality, any troubles, and those who are not

suitable for the prizes are excluded.

□ Detail Schedule

1. ASPA Awards Announce (June 15 ~ August 31)
- Through official Document, letter(e-mail), Hompage, Webzine, Newsletter

2. Submission of Nomination Form (August 1 ~ August 31)
- Send the nomination form to ASPA Secretariat by E-mail and Fax

3. Document Screening (September 1~ 30)

4. Notification of the result (October 1~2)
- The first result will be released to every applied members, separately
- Result will be put on the websites of ASPA and 2009 ASPA-IASP Annual Conference
- Finalist will be publicized through ASPA Webzine

5. Preparing for final evaluation & speech (October 3 ~ 30)
- Finalist will participate in 2009 ASPA-IASP Annual Conference and make a presentation

regarding their company, technology and products.
The registration fee of conference for speaks is exempted. And regular amount of lecture fee

will be provided.
- During the presentation of finalist, final evaluation will be proceeded and then grand prize and

excellence prizes will be selceted.
