Chungbuk Technopark and MS Korea held ‘ChatGPT Technology Seminar’

Introducing the impact of ChatGPT on business and sharing an approach to using ChatGPT



Chungbuk Technopark (President Mr. Oh Won-geun) and Microsoft Korea (CEO Ms. Lee Ji-eun) hold a Seminar to Understand 'ChatGPT' Technology at Chungbuk Technopark on April 10, 2023.

About 130 people from industry, academia, research institutes, and government attended the seminar, including President of Chungbuk Technopark Mr. Oh Won-geun, Chungcheongbuk-do Science and Human Resources Director Mr. Kim Jin-hyung, and Microsoft Korea's Executive Director Mr. Lee Sang-hyun.

Chungbuk Technopark conducted online and offline promotion and pre-registration for participation by local companies.


This seminar, organized to understand and utilize super-giant artificial intelligence and generative AI, began with greetings from Chungbuk Technopark President Mr. Oh Won-geun, who took the office on April 3, and from Microsoft Korea Division Manager Mr. Lee Sang-hyun. After that, a speaker Mr. Kim Young-wook, HelloAI CEO ( Microsoft Korea MVP), gave a presentation on the technical background of ChatGPT, the changes and technological factors brought about by generative AI, industrial trends surrounding super-giant AI, and the use and approach of ChatGPT.

Mr. Kim Young-wook is a technology strategist who went through Microsoft Korea's chief and monthly Microsoft advisory, and is currently serving as the CEO of HelloAI, an AI company.

Oh Won-geun, director of Chungbuk Techno Park, said, “Chungbuk Techno Park will make steady efforts to spread the value of diversity and innovation to the entire community. We will support them so that they can take the lead in digital transformation in Chungbuk.”

Meanwhile, this seminar was the first official event promoted by Director Oh Won-geun after he took office on April 3rd, providing a place to share innovative technologies for digital transformation and kicking off efforts to revitalize the local industry ecosystem.
